The campaigner will give timely updates about the utilization of funds by posting on the campaign page. Donors will receive updates on how the funds are being used on the email IDs and phone numbers (SMS) that were mentioned at the time of the donation.

As you complete your donation successfully, you will find the 'GET 80G' button on the donation success page. Please fill in your PAN number, complete address, and name as per PAN and submit. Your 80G certificate will be generated and sent via email within one month.

Charitism follows a rigorous verification process before publishing this story to receive donations. Document Verification: Charitism confirms the campaigner's possession of a valid registration certificate or trust deed, a 12A certificate, and a PAN card. On-the-ground verification: Charitism plans an on-the-ground visit to meet the campaigner and take a first-hand tour of the impact created by the campaigner.

Yes, it is safe and legitimate to donate. In urgent humanitarian situations where lives are at risk, Charitism may support NGOs that are in the process of registration only after conducting basic background checks and on-ground verification to ensure authenticity and need.

Until the NGO is officially registered, all donations are managed by our legally registered parent organization, Danveer Aashraya Foundation, which uses the funds to procure and distribute essential relief materials such as food, water, medicine, and clothing.

Full transparency is maintained through bills, receipts, and legal documentation, and donors are regularly updated on how their contributions are used. Once the NGO completes registration and secures certifications like 80G and 12A, any remaining funds may be transferred to them to support ongoing work in compliance with legal standards.
